Peak Aesthetics Cancellation Policy
At Peak Aesthetics, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional care and maintaining a high standard of service for all our clients. To ensure smooth scheduling and respect for both our providers and other clients, please review and adhere to the following cancellation policy:
24-Hour Advance Notice: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to manage our schedule efficiently and accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
Late Cancellation Fee: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $75 fee. This fee compensates for the time and resources reserved specifically for you.
No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a $75 fee. This policy ensures fairness and compensates our practitioners for their time.
Credit Card on File: A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. The card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
How to Cancel: To cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must call us directly at 207-649-4370. Please note that cancellations made via text message or social media platforms will not be accepted.
